WeightWatchers- Week 1 Analysis

As you all know I started Weight Watchers to help get myself in better shape for my sisters wedding (YA-HOOOOOOO!!!). And in just 8 days of this program I have lost 8 POUNDS! I was shocked at this amazing outcome but I still have a long way to go! Knowing that this is really working for me, I am pushing myself to continue and not give up!
In my first week I have learned a lot! It was hard at first to get used to the system but I found it helpful to have my mom and coworker doing it with me! We could discuss our meals and remind each other to put down the after dinner chocolate! While learning myself, I want to share some of my beginners DO'S AND DON'TS TO SUCCESS!

Overall, I love this program! This is the first time I have ever felt encouraged to eat right, plus it is amazing that I have lost so much weight in the first week. I understand that most of that is my water weight, but I look forward to loosing more weight and keeping my body in better shape.
