Fresh Tiki Bar- Review

Aloha ohana!!

If you are looking for a little taste of summer, you can be sure to find it at Fresh Tiki Bar!

This is a version of, newly opened, Playa Bowls. Fresh Tiki Bar is located at 15C division street, Somerville, New Jersey 08876.

The atmosphere at Fresh Tiki Bar tropical, with beach views on the TV screens and topical music over the speakers. This store sure did get the pineapple trend, with pineapple decor throughout the entire space!

The menu is designed as a guide. First pick acai or pitaya (AKA dragon fruit) as your blend. I personally like the fusion, which is a mix of the two. This blend is mixed with granola, to add a crunch to the bowls. Next you pick which of the signature toppings you would like. My personal favorite is the Sweet Emotion, the chocolate chunks and almond slices add a nice touch to the fusion mixture. Every piece of perfectly ripe fruit is hand placed on the top of the bowls for a picture perfect product.

An additional menu item that I fell in love with is the Swedish Fish Lemonade. This freshly squeezed lemonade is topped with a crowd favorite, Swedish Fish. Be sure to eat the fish as you drink so they don't get soggy!

Since these bowls are all completely fresh and handmade, the wait can be a little long. But for something with such great quality and the passion behind each bowl, the wait is always 100% worth it!
